Application :
1. Pre-moulding of backpart.
2. Re-shaping of backpart & top line.
Characteristic:
1. Heat mould of heat-resistant silicon.
2. The temperature of both the inner and outer mould can be adjusted individually (depended on the material)
3. Perfect effect & speed are obtained from cool mould after heating.
4 After moulding, the counter, upper and lining will be adhered & flatten to ensure no wrinkle & pleat happened.
5 Fast lasting process, high productivity & lower cost will be obtained after moulding.
6. Using reverse mould to re-shape the backpart, eliminate wrinkles, stretch of top line and waste of material.
7. Shoes mould can be ordered arbitrarily and changed easily.
