Application :
Vacuum vulcanizing shaping.
Characteristic:
1. Closed vapor corpuscles spray ensures well-distributed humidifying.
2. Convection vulcanizing makes even temperature for vamp & last.
3. High vacuum is able to draw off the remaining toluene,adhesive and moisture in lining.
4. Five procedures can be done through one continuous operation, thus saving manpower.
5. Time saving(about 2/3 less time than that of general vulcanizing machine).
6. Fewer Space occupying (3/4 fewer space occupying than that of general vulcanizing machine).
7. Electric power saving (1/4 less power consumption compared to general vacuum vulcanizing machine,high density to keep temperature, automatic temperature control, only 5-7 HP).
8. Suitable for all materials: animal skin, PU, canvas, PVS, plastic, etc.
