Toe cap pre-shaping (suitable for Stitch Down shoes, California shoes and various kinds of lasting shoes)

5. Highly accurate shoe centre line due to pre-moulding enables easier last insertion and smooth lasting process to achieve less waste as well as better yields.
6. Special shoe last mould positioning method help facilitate mould replacing.
7. Hot mould with vapor equipment makes shoe upper more elastic and shining during the heating process.
