Application :
Toe Cap moulding
Characteristic:
1. Apply to any toe puff material, best if use thermoplastic film.
2. Attached heat oven to increase output and short the heating time.
3. After pre-moulding of toe cap, the shoe last insertion is more easier.
4. After moulding, the upper and lining will be adhered tightly to ensure no wrinkle & pleat happened.
5. The toe cap is pre-shaped, insole fabric sewing can be adjusted more accurately so that shoe upper doesn't get off the center line.
6. Custom-made last mould offers the highest accuracy.
7. Purposed model of cooling & heating or double cooling & heating are adapted to the requirement of producing.
